Customer Service in Healthcare Module
Great customer service starts with taking a patient-centric perspective – viewing them as people your company is meant to help
Short Description
How to offer quality customer service? How to make a difference? Can I solve the customer's problem? Here we offer clients a space where they can find integral health, combining beauty, physical, nutritional, mental and spiritual health.
Health and/or wellbeing experience
From a general point of view, I've learned that many diseases that we manifest have their origin in personal problems, which I have called sacks of problems that rest on our shoulders.
Example: If my mother has stopped eating because she is very worried because my brother has been divorced, since then she sleeps for a short time, and takes care of him all the time she can. Another day, she feels that her ears are ringing and she goes to the doctor and he detects hypertension and the doctor prescribes medicine for high blood pressure. The problem is that this doesn't solve the problem.
Solution offered by Customer Service in Healthcare:
- This module will have trained personal with the objective of talking with the patients, and letting them relax and talk whatever they want. There are so many stories to talk.
- Then they offer the customer a comprehensive health treatment such as monitoring blood pressure, blood glucose and body mass index with the devices that the store sells.
- They do the same with beauty products: waxing, facial, hair, body, dental and hand and foot care.
- Physical health: bicycles, treadmills.
- Nutritional: books.
- Mental: Cinema, music.
- Spiritual: books.
I would put in their hands all the medical and device information that they request and at the end I would recommend that they put all their personal problems aside.
