This is a basic list of what can I find in the area of health devices. I worked in a company that sells health devices and I know some of the items that have big demand in a health store:

Blood pressure monitors or baumanometers:

• The aneroid baumanometer - widely used by doctors and nurses.
• The digital baumanometer - is very popular among the general population. Most prestigious brands: Omron, Citizen, Beurer.
• The mercury baumanometer and pediatric baumanometer are in very low demand.
• Consumables or spare parts: wrist and arm cuffs, batteries and pumps with air valves.

Glucometers:

• Invasive glucometers have big demand. Currently the blood sample used is very small (0.001 ml), and they have good precision in the order of 10 to 15% of what would be obtained in a laboratory. The most popular are: ONE TOUCH, ACCU-CHEK, and Contour.
• Consumables: Test strips and lancets in various quantities and presentations (check expiration date). Some brands sell you the lancing device and the bottle to check the calibration.

Nebulizers:

• These health devices only have a big demand in the winter and in pandemic times such as the current COVID-19.
• The piston nebulizers have the highest power with which you can obtain the best application results, they're louder and feed directly into the commercial line.
• Ultrasonic nebulizers provide excellent nebulization, are silent and have a rechargeable battery for those cases where you need to go on a trip.
• The most popular brands are Omron, Laica, Pic Solution, and Citizen.
• Consumables: Mask, mouthpiece, extension tube, filters, and nebulization cups (ultrasonic).

Digital thermometers

• A digital thermometer works thanks to a thermistor that varies its electrical resistance depending on the temperature.
• The infrared thermometer measures the amount of radiation in the infrared spectrum, converts it into an electric current and this in turn into a number to display on a screen; which will be the temperature.
• Currently the thermometer that is most in demand is the infrared for being very practical and fast due to the health emergency of COVID-19. You just have to check that the battery is in good condition and there’re many brands on the market.

Oximeters: They're currently in high demand because they're used in oxygen monitoring during the CVOVID-19 pandemic. The normal values returned by a pulse oximeter usually range between 95 and 100 %, and with an accuracy of 2%.

Importance of these medical devices in the holistic activities of the store:

• At health fairs, the store can put several modules with all the devices that the store has and do free tests with half-use devices.
• These devices will be used in the store customer service module for free demonstrations to the customers.
• These devices will be used in free trials in the store physical health area.
• These devices will be used in free trials in the store beauty and health area.
• Any store can supply medical devices and consumables to another store that doesn't have them in stock.
