Customers will love the ability to personalize their devices, appliances, etc in colors, markings (instruction labels), etc that go well beyond the limited options (color, finish, markings, etc) offered by manufacturers. High-speed printing, language translation, and custom silicone skins (3D printed) are offered as add-ons by Mediamarkt.
Health and/or wellbeing experience
As described above, and partly overlapping with Idea 7274, Mediamarkt shall be able to offer personalization options that are much wider than what any manufacturer currently provides.
It is on-demand and prepaid by the customer, and so there are no worries about the store being saddled with, for example, a blood pressure monitor with a custom silicone skin and with the buttons marked in the Nepalese language.
