Short Description

My proposal consist in some spaces specially designed for exploring and testing products. Some may contain shelves inside. Specially qualified employees to explain the benefits of the products will always be available to customers.

Health and/or wellbeing experience

This area is intended for well-being and health care. It is provided with different spaces delimited by a glass tube. They can be transparent, partially transparent & have large curved screens mounted on the inside. Each space is intended for exploring / testing different types of products. Customers can select the products displayed outside the spaces, but they can enter to test them inside. The specialized staff will always be available to customers. There may be a wide range of products (depending on the wishes of the store), but each will be near or inside the special space for the domain to which it belongs. There may also be technologies that help interact with customers: screens that talk to customers, vr glasses, emotional robots, etc., all to create a bridge with the customer. These spaces can be points of attraction for customers. It will pleasantly surprise them and arouse their curiosity. I think MediaMarkt needs ideas that can arouse customers' curiosity and strong emotions.
