No more waiting in long queues
Short Description
Shopping in a store just isn't as satisfying as shopping online for many people. They tend to avoid shopping from offline stores for a lot of reasons, but the most important of all is to wait in long queues. So, I feel solving this would do the major part of the work. The store that I’m talking about would be an AI integrated store wherein customers can just come in, get the product, and go out.
Health and/or wellbeing experience
The on-the-go store: Basically, this would be an AI integrated store. The customer should download an app before they check in. The app will have a lot of features like virtual store, e-wallet, stock availability, product description, product comparison, product recommendation based on his previous purchases and interest, reviews, etc. The moment the customer enters the store, he/she would be tracked with the help of the app. Then they can directly pick the product that they want and just walk out. The moment they walk out of the store, they would be charged from their e-wallets, and a receipt would be sent to their account (app). If they don’t want to carry that, then they can just place it in a counter right outside the exit, for home-deliveries, they can be charged for the delivery based on the pricing policies. This would create a hassle-free experience for the customers. This would also make it safe for the people, especially during pandemic times like COVID.
