Doors that open for customers not to touch and accommodating wheel chair customers as well. Waiting area with reclining sofa like chairs for person to lay down instead of sitting upright. Small flat screen TV or visuals added to these chairs with headphones for customers to watch what they want while waiting. The TV can also show the products and services for customers to be familiar with them. Then they select the options they want and guided where to go and when they should go. Some of the services provide are massage, acupuncture, facials, blood pressure checks (free), weight checks (free), heart checks, blood test such as HIV or diabetes (free), pharmacy, etc. Each service has doors to open not to touch. When the customer goes in they use their credit/ debit card or cash to pay the machine in the room for the service that are not free then proceed to get the service. Similar for the service that are free just no need to pay. Each room is fitted with products to accommodate most types of customers whether disabled or not, adult or child. For example, if a customer is blind the screen on the previous monitor in the waiting room can talk to them about the options and they verbalize which ones they want while someone who is deaf can touch the screen. A rep would be at each room as well to guide customers if they aren't technology savvy to understand what to do. Customers leave with world class service and wish to always use back this health care company.
Each service area fitted with technological solutions, for example the pharmacy is a little different from the other pharmacies where if the pharmacists gives the prescription, the customer can go to a machine and put the label under it and the machine tells them what's in the medication they got and what it is usually use in terms of all the main ingredients. So that customers feel comfortable that they are getting the right medication. If customers not happy with it, they can bring it back same time to the pharmacist and make connections with their doctor about other alternatives.

The healthcare facility in order to accentuate the aesthetics aspect of the place, has like huge fish tanks with a variety of fishes in the walls to make the place feel attractive. Nice water fountains in the middle of the waiting areas. Lovely plants to accentuate the area as well.
A lot of the services after the customers is finished have the option for the client to be wheeled out by a rep on something similar to a wheel chair to their car or other transport. This option is not only for disabled or the elderly as well.
The store will be equipped with solutions for persons wishing to change their baby's diaper whether in the waiting area or in the bathroom.
The restroom facility is multi dimension. There are restrooms with the options of multiple booths for several persons to use at once then they are restrooms with one occupancy not gender specific for anyone to go in for their own convenience. But it highlights on the door when its already in use for a customer to go to a next one. Each one occupancy restroom is equipped with the option of a toilet and a urinal and baby changing diaper booth. These restrooms have enough space as well for parents who wish to take their child to use the restroom with assistance.
The restroom is technological with lights that comes on only when the door is opened and a person enters and the lights come off when no one is in it to save on electricity. The wash area for hands is touch less as well. The soap dispenses when the hands are under it and the same for the pipe. The paper towel the same to dry hands or the option to use air dry them. The door is touchless as well. When no is in it, it opens on its own. The same for the bathroom with booths. Both the door and booth door only opens when no one is inside. Inside each booth is a small area for persons to rest items like their handbags while they use the toilet.
When customers are leaving the health store at the exit door a sign at the top thanks them for using the services provided at the centre and tells them to enjoy the rest of their day. For persons who are blind when they go through the door it says in audio format as well.
