A fun place were I can get inspired by my personal favourite youtube fitness star and my friends.
Short Description
I’m able to improve my health and measure this, right at the place. That means I can test all the gear (fitness trackers etc.) right there in a walk-in-work-out class and afterwards I can download the data on my phone and take it home (App is part of the service). (Media markt should somehow own the data though, there’s probably plenty of ways to make use of it/sell it -> so that this experience can be “for free”) MediaMarkt invites special guests like top/famous sportsmen/women, cooks, personal trainers (would be great bc that meant u can also use their social media appearance to make people get to know about Mediamarkt) you admire for their skills, that u can have a chat with and they tell you what their favourite gear is. All of this fits the perfect #mediamarkt post for instagram and co.
Health and/or wellbeing experience
There are several little areas for different disciplines. E.g.: a running curt, a tennis court, a workout class set up, a small gym etc. A small kitchen even wehre u can cook and eat and observe what immediate effect the food has on your body (all this could also be just squeezed into a VR/AR experience for feasibility) It feels like a fitness/health fun park. Anything health related should be possible to be implemented into this scenario. Everything that is part of the experience should be buyable. Of course all the fitness trackers and gym tools that i can test, while having a great time with my fitness idol and/or my frinds.
Try the newest gear, know that what I buy is what I actually testet and found to be perfectly fitting for my purposes. Having a fun experience, like what shall we do this afternoon? Go to the movies, go skating or have a media markt session?
If it becomes like a fun activity to do with friends, people will go there just to meet each other and maybe even new people that share some interests, but also get inspired by each other about a healthy (= happy) lifestyle.
