The abovementioned service can be easily bundled into the technical support that Mediamarkt employees provide to customers, i.e. setup of devices, periodic servicing or firmware updates of devices, etc.

Regarding other non-physical or hybrid products, e.g. an online fitness program or SaaS sold by Mediamarkt, I think it would be great if customers could see an easily-understandable summary of data policy for each (instead of having to read through pages of legalese!)

Depending on Mediamarkt partnerships with product manufacturers, suppliers and cybersecurity experts, Mediamarkt might also be able to sell an add-on or freemium service that periodically runs vulnerability scans on products and flags potential issues.
