Mini Fitness game parlour
Participate in fitness-centered multiplayer games across all MediaMarkt stores
Short Description
All (Or Most) MediaMarkt stores across EU and other regions will have a Fitness games section with VR gaming setup. Here visitors can participate in online multiplayer games with people playing in other stores. Or they can also choose to play a solo game. Each Game can be 10-15 mins and will have a small fee (5-10 Euros) associated with it. Winner of the online multiplayer games will receive a discount coupon or store credit. There can also be monthly tournaments held for members only. These tournaments can lead to bigger rewards like big discounts or free stuff (like a fitness tracker or some store credits). This would be one way to develop a customer loyalty program.

- The visitor/customer to the store will download the store app.
- Sign up and create an account on the store app.
- Go to the games section
- Select a time slot for an online multiplayer game and the store location with a payment through the app.
- Get to the game area of the store and get ready for the game (wear the VR headset, gloves or any other equipment needed for the game). There will be someone in charge assisting the participant.
- Play the game.
- Win/Lose
There are some products in the market which use VR for online multiplayer fitness games like Icaros Cloud or FreeDriver. Something similar can be used in the MediaMarkt stores.
